Dock vacuum not working
Hey,
wondering if anyone could help me as the dock vacuum doesn't turn on when emptying the robot vacuum. The robot pulls itself it to the dock, the robot brush turns and when the dock's vacuum normally should turn on, it doesn't.
Updated the firmware on the weekend so don't know if that causing the issue?
or is the motor just burnt out? Only a few months old.

Update: The issue mentioned in this thread (manual emptying doesn't work) will be addressed in the next firmware release for RV30 Max Plus.

Do you mean the auto-emptying doesn't work? Have you tried to empty it manually through the Tapo app? Did you receive any error?

@Wayne-TP so what I have found it works when it's doing it automatically, however pressing the button or via the app manually doesn't kick in.
