If a person rings the doorbell I'd like to send an automation to either H100 or H200 or any other hubs to then play a sound to notify me that someone is at the door?

 

Which Hubs are possible to set this up with?

All the Tapo hub can do that. After adding a Tapo hub as the doorbell's paired chime, the hub will ring when someone presses the doorbell. You can take a look at this configuration guide. How to add another chime for the Tapo Doorbell
