Hi there,
1st time that I seek support here...
My camera is some four months old and already a pain in the neck:
- Lost signal to the router without any indication as to why - the router is back to back to the place where the camera has been installed
- Reset 5 times not successful though I followed all instructions
- the 6th attempt was good for some three days, then signal lost again and LED was red, orange, blinking, and partly permanent "on" - just weird
- again reset ...
- detection of "objects" now on a random basis rather than as expected, i.e. always when applicable
- access to my TP Link not possible for a full week
- TP support willing to help but without useful (though extreme long) instructions - clear "trial & error" approach
Who shares similar experiences and can give useful hints?
