Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.11.111

I have installed d130 since a week , fibe internet 1 gig, no firewall.  15 feet away from router. Around -55 Rsi. 256 gig card  continuous recording on. Everything works perfectly except for 1 issue.  The doorbell won't keep led light colour that I set. Each day it goes back to solid amber. When light is amber everything works fine. Camera works , Wi-Fi or remote . Continues to record on card. I have access no problem. Notifications work fine. Only way to bring back my LED light colour is to reboot doorbell.  Is device defective ?

 

I don't have cloud recording.

The solid amber led indicates the doorbell has been disconnected from the cloud. Are you sure you can still watch the doorbell remotely when its led turns amber?

 

If you're conducting the test at home, make sure to disable the Wi-Fi on your phone and only use cellular data.

  @Wayne-TP yes I am sure I  disabled WiFi on phone. And only cellular. Another time I was away and asked my wife to check colour and it was solid amber. When I reboot remotely , it also turned my LED back to my set colour. I think unit is defective. When it goes amber I assume I would get error message when I try to access live feed remotely?
