No 24/7 Capture mode on Tapo C460
Hello! Ive bought Tapo C460 and installed it, updated firmware to 1.2.0.
Now i want to turn 24/7 capture mode on, but i cant. I see no button next to battery info. There are no signs of this mode! How it can be???

Please double-check the model of the camera, confirm whether it is a Tapo C460. Make sure your Tapo app is updated. You can try to delete and reinstall the app.

I just bought this same exact model today 25/01/2026 just for the 24/7 Capture and is no where to find.
Anyone from TP-Link/Tapo that can support?

Double-check the product model, make sure it is indeed a Tapo C460. How can I enable the 24/7 Capture on Battery Camera?
If the model is correct, please share screenshots of the camera's Device Settings page and Device Info page (blur out the device's MAC address in the image).
