Tapo D235 was working fine until we changed internet service providers. Now, it will not reset, the reset button does nothing no matter how long you press it. It is charged, tried that. Just constantly blinks red slowly when on. It's almost like it is bricked?
Do you remember the old WiFi name and password? Make the old WiFi signal available again, see if the doorbell can reconnect it successfully. When it returns to the normal state, you can try to reset the doorbell again.
Change the WiFi name and password to the old one on your current WiFi, or create a temporary WiFi, like a guest wifi, or use your phone's mobile hotspot.
