Anyone else having the same issue as me?

I've recently bought this vacuum < 6months and only used it a couple of times. Just happened recently where this error messages keep appearing and interrupting the cleaning, causing me to do manual intervention to restart or sometimes re-adjust the dustvin attachment.

I've tried the following

1. Cleaning all onboard attachments

2. Restarting the device

3. Firmware upgrade is set to Auto - So it's already the latest

4. Cleaning the metal sensors/contact point inside the dustbin and robo-vacuum.

Any ideas?
