Model: Tapo C410 KIT
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.1

Hi,

I have bought two C410 (v2.0) KITs end of September.

I already had two C200 (v3.0) which currently run firmware 1.4.2 and work fine.

Both C410 were upgraded to latest firmware 1.3.1 build 250916 Rel.58657n and since then both are practically most of the time offline.

It seems other are experiencing the same issue.

They often appear offliine.

They pop up again if I manually reboot them but the same issue comes back after a while.

They are currently unusable and I am considering to send them back.

Is there a way to downgrade to a previous firmware?

Is tp-link releasing a fix for that?

Thanks in advance

BR,

Marco

What is the LED status of the camera when it shows as offline in the app? Have you checked the router's client list to confirm whether it is disconnected from Wi-Fi?
