Firmware Version: 1.3.1

Hi,

 

I have bought two C410 (v2.0) KITs end of September.

I already had two C200 (v3.0) which currently run firmware 1.4.2 and work fine.

 

Both C410 were upgraded to latest firmware 1.3.1 build 250916 Rel.58657n and since then both are practically most of the time offline.

It seems other are experiencing the same issue.

 

They often appear offliine.

 

They pop up again if I manually reboot them but the same issue comes back after a while.

They are currently unusable and I am considering to send them back.

 

Is there a way to downgrade to a previous firmware?

Is tp-link releasing a fix for that?

Please verify the actual status of the camera and troubleshoot the issue accordingly. Is it offline due to disconnection from the cloud server (remote control failure), or is it a result of a Wi-Fi disconnection? What is the LED status on the camera when it appears offline in the app?
