Model: Tapo D235
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hi,

My D235 is completely useless after the last firmware update.

It disappears from the app and returns after a few refreshes. Sometimes it apears as offline.

The device itseft seems to record as usual.

Anyone got any ideas?

What's the current firmware version on your Tapo D235? When a device appears offline in the app and exhibits irregular LED behavior, it suggests a disruption in Wi-Fi or cloud connectivity. For this case, you can refer to the suggestions in this article for troubleshooting. What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?

Where are the doorbell videos saved? Does it have a microSD card, or does it save videos to a Tapo hub (which model)?
