Model: Deco BE65
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.0

Hi,

The Deco BE65 supports IGMP Snooping and IGMP Proxy. However, it does not appear to support VLANs on the WAN side. For this reason, I am unable to receive multicast packets. Will this option be added in the future via an update?

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

Can you find IPTV/VLAN under Deco App>More>Advanced:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2465/

Select "Custom" if you plan to manually configure the Internet VLAN ID.

Best regards.

Yes, but this is bridged IPTV, where a LAN port on the router is bridged to the provider’s VLAN (VLAN 4).
My provider, however, uses routed IPTV, which is simply connected to the Internet (VLAN 6), and an IGMP proxy server on the router ensures that the TV streams are received from VLAN 4.
