H100 does not register any event nor records sensors status
Hi,
One of my Tapo H100 hub is not registering any events when the sensors connected to it triggers. The event logs is always empty. It doesn't even log when I manually rang it. My other H100 works fine.
I've tried factory reset it many times, still the same problem.

@Wayne-TP thanks for the response I've emailed the details to the support ticket you sent me.
Also, my the other h100 hub also exhibits the same behavior as of today. No records of events whenever my contact sensors open or close (I can still see blinking lights on all my contact sensors), none of the sensors, I have four, showed any new events since 8:30 pm PST today.
Is there a new software update on the h100 that may have caused this?
