I hope you're doing well! I'm a big fan of the smart doorbell features, especially the ability to set up quick smart responses. However, I wanted to suggest a feature that I believe would greatly enhance the user experience: the ability to upload custom audio files for smart responses.

Currently, we’re limited to recording responses directly through the app, which can sometimes result in muffled or low-quality audio—especially in noisy environments. Being able to upload high-quality, pre-recorded audio files (e.g., in MP3 or WAV format) would allow users to:

Create clearer and more professional-sounding responses

Personalize greetings with custom voices or tones

Add holiday-themed messages (like Halloween spooks, Christmas greetings, or festive tunes)

Use voice effects or studio-quality recordings for fun or accessibility

This feature would open up a lot of creative possibilities while also improving functionality—especially for users who want their responses to be easily understood by visitors.

Thanks so much for considering this enhancement. I believe it would be a fantastic addition to an already great product!
