I currently use Home Assistant with a Frient power monitor that sits on my providers meter, reading the flash. I intergrate this like this image

Really the top 2 are what I read. The bottom 3 are the different bands that I am charged at. Still have not managed to reset these correctly. I think such a meter would be an excellent add on to the Tapo system
