All Tapo Devices Offline
All of my plug devices appear offline in the app - 5 in total.
3 are P100 plugs, Hardware 2.0, Firmware 1.2.5
2 are P110 plugs, Hardware 1.0, Firmware 1.3.4
I have WiFi at home on multiple devices - I'm messaging you from the WiFi.
I have turned off the WiFi on my mobile device and switched to my mobile data and all of the devices still appears offline.
We have tried on my wife's Tapo app and on her app, all of the devices appear offline too.
I have tried to reconnect a plug by doing a reset. I was able to connect to my phone via the Bluetooth but when connecting it to my WiFi, I got an error code of -1701. The WiFi SSID and password are correct.
Could you please tell me what to do to get all my devices back online please?
