I have just purchased a new TAPO H110. No LED lights appear on, when I power up the unit.

Be sure to use a certified USB adapter with a 5V/2A (or higher current) output rating. Press and hold the SYNC button on the hub for 10 seconds, see if the LED light comes on.

 

Try to use a different power outlet. If the device still cannot be powered on, contact the seller for a replacement.
