I have 2 unit of Tapo T315 which connects to Tapo H100.
I can see real time data without issue (inside home network and outside network).
I can see only see Day (History), no Month and Year (History) when I'm connect to home WiFi network.  But when I outside of the home network, no History data at all (even the day history is gone).  All ports are open on my firewall. 
I have troubleshoot - change the DNS 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 on home firewall,  Restart Hub few times. 
Anyone have any clue how to solve this issue? Can TP-Link engineer assist me on this issue?
