PT100 WiFi issues

Just bought 2 X TP100 Sockets set them up on Tapo and Alexa. I can switch them off and on from my phone ok. When I ask Alexa to switch them off or on she quite happily says ok but the PT 100's are not switching both went through the normal set up ok?

What are the names of the plugs in the Tapo app vs the names in the alexia app? You could try to make a group in alexia and add the plug into that group and they try alexia turn off "name of the group you created"
Need help with the Deco app, setup, Ethernet backhaul, network switch or rolling back firmware? Router or AP mode?
