Whenever I add a new device to my network, another existing device disappears. For example, when I add the HS300, my KP400 gets removed. If I reconnect the KP400, then my EP40M disappears. This issue occurs not only in the Kasa app, but also in the Tapo app and Google Home. To be clear, the affected devices don’t just go offline they are completely removed from all apps and from my automations.

My router is an AX3000, and nearly all of my devices are connected to the 2.4 GHz IoT network.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem, and if so, how did you fix it?
