My Tapo robot vacuum cleaner has stopped working. The green home light is on and it is charging, but it doesn't talk, doesn't react to buttons being pressed, doesn't react to commands from the app to start cleaning. It doesn't react to the reset button either. 
The troubleshooting section in the app doesn't contain this issue. 
I have used it multiple times in the last year and it has always worked fine.

Can you share more details? For example, which robot vacuum do you have? When you press any of the buttons, besides the green home light, do you see any light turn on or blink?
