I purchased a Tapo C410 camera. When I am at home, I disable the “Privacy” option and I disable the alarm. When I leave the house, when I'm outside the local, I anable the privacy option and activate the alarm. Every time I disable privacy, a movement is detected and the alarm is activated and the alarm start with the siren. How can I resolve this?
What's the hardware version of your camera? This firmware doesn't seem like the latest version, please update your camera first. How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
