Hi. Our C410 camera has suddenly started chiming (two tones), now for over 12 hours at 15 second intervals. We can't shut it down or reset it, both have no effect. Having been removed from the network we can't now re-add it. Help!

Can you share a video here? This sound pattern doesn't seem right. What's the led status of the camera?

Here are a few things you can try:

Make sure to reset the camera correctly: press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds. Device's led will blink red quickly while resetting, then turn to blink red and green (ready for setup).
Remove the microSD card if any, then do the reset again.
To turn on/off the camera: press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
