Hi,

Everyday for the last few weeks one of my P300 powerstrip boards shows as online on my iPad but offline on my Samsung phone.  With the iPad I can turn the devices on and off, but obviously on the S24 Ultra unable to.  Sometimes by mid afternoon the board comes back online on the phone.  The board is situated right next to the modem/router.  Rebooting the modem & phone makes no difference.   Turning the powerstrip on /off fixes it temporarily,  the next day it will show as offline again.   Only affects the Android app, and according to Google Play Store the app is up to date.  The ipad os app never has these issues.   The powerstrip lights are all on and show it is connected. 

Any ideas?

Please make sure no VPN is enabled on your phone while using the Tapo app.  If there are any ad-blockers or firewall apps, try to disable them as well, see if that helps. 

 

You can try to delete and reinstall the app.

 

Is this just happening on one particular device? Are the rest of your devices showing as online without any problems? What's the Android version of your Samsung S24 Ultra? And the Tapo app version?
