I bought a Tapo RV30 Max Plus in May and today it has started acting out. It shut itself down mid cleaning, when the battery was at around 23/25%, instead of going to the base to recharge. This happened twice. Is there anything that I can try or is this a faulty battery? The robot is on the latest firmware.
