my device cant pair to my router. i can connect to the device and connect to my router, but as soon as i get past the "connecting your tapo device to your network..." screen i just get stuck on the "pairing your tapo device" screen. Suggestions from other threads havent worked either. 

Ive tried these things so far

Changing my router to only 2.4GHz
Restarting my device
Restarting my phone
Checking if my router is on WPA2 (it is) 
disabling firewall
factory resetting my device
restarting my wifi 
plugging in the device right next to the router
