Model: Tapo RV20 Max
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 build 251015 release 164954

I bought the RV20 Max two months ago and use it once a week, always with mop. However, as indicated by other users (e.g., https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/772374?replyId=1528830), it suddenly stopped working with the mop, getting stuck on non-existent obstacles, accelerating (on curves) and colliding with walls, and moving with great difficulty (hesitant) and imprecise movement - don't use any kind of bleach or soap.. Although it works perfectly without the mop, the performance worsens with higher water levels. I followed the instructions for cleaning the sensors and the wheel, bought and tested new original Tapo mops, performed a factory reset , remapped the house (doing the first complete cleaning without the mop), and the problem persists. Have you identified the cause or a permanent solution for this problem? It seems to be a recurring issue. I've attached images of a room being cleaned without a mop, and with mop at the low high water levels.

@Vitor_pc , this is the image without mop - all on rustic ceramic tile floor, wich was not a problem on the last two months for rv20 max and also not a problem for my dreame f9 on the last 5 years. Notice that the time increased from 10 minutes (without the mop) to 17 minutes (with the mop at a low water level), and finally to 24 minutes (at the maximum water level—and only because the water ran out).

I had the same RV20 Max mopping issue earlier. In my case, the problem was low water flow and an uneven mop pad. After cleaning the water outlet and replacing the pad, mopping improved. For consistent results, using a reliable Robotic Floor Cleaner with better water control really makes a difference.
