Hi,

I can't connect to my new H200 which I received today. First connection succeeded but after firmware update I can't connect using the Tapo App anymore. Amber light is on when wired but don't see it in the rooter list of connected devices. I tried to reset it using the reset button but nothing changes.

If I disconnect the eth cable the led starts blinking red and green. Tapo App says that this firmware doesn't support wifi. But using eth cable the hub doesn't work.

i disabled router firewall, I don't have VPN. I am on the same subnet. And again: first connection succeeded and after FW update kaboom.

What to do?

Try using a different Ethernet cable and a different port on your router. For comparison, you may connect a PC using the same cable and port, and check whether the router’s client list recognizes it as a connected device.
