Hi

My hub (H200) and and sub devices (C420) are not working. Live view function of cameras doesn't work. Recorded media on hub doesn't work. Cannot edit settings on camera.

 

Need some help if this is a sudden firmware issue. All my other devices are working on 2.4ghz wifi network. I just recently changed router but only the tapo hub and sub devices have this issue of not working properly. I got a tplink C410 camera which works fine.

Try to reconfigure C420 in this way: connect your phone to a different Wi‑Fi network than the one used by the camera and hub, such as another phone’s hotspot or a guest network with AP isolation enabled. Then, re‑pair the camera to the hub and observe its performance.
