Hub is losing connection with my new Ziggo router
my H500 is working for a couple of days..and then it gets disconnected from the network(red lights blinking). After disconnecting the power it is all OK again.
it started after the router was replaced by Internet providers (Ziggo). the wifi in the house is good and stable.
Is there a log where I can see what is happening?

Is your H500 connected via WiFi or ethernet? Please note that the Tapo H500 supports 5GHz WiFi only. If your WiFi is a 2.4GHz and 5GHz combined network, try to separate a dedicated 5GHz WiFi for the hub. Or switch to ethernet connection instead (recommended).
Ensure the hub's firmware is updated. How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
Additionally, can you double-check the led color? Is it red or amber? Is the light blinking slowly, or flashing really fast?
