My camera model C410 is not detecting any motion when the camera is in standby.

It only detects movement when the live feed is open (and the camara is "awake").

I already restarted the camera, re-installed it, etc. without any success.

For your guidance, I have another camera - model TC82, with the same configurations (same firmware) that is working properly.

I believe I've tried all troubleshoots but I'll take any advice.

If not successful I'll have to return the camera and replace it.
