I have a one month old C501GW, connected via 4G it was working fine, I unplugged it to mount it permanently, and now it will not reconnect or go to paring mode, always a red flashing LED, sim card works in my phone, re sets has no effect, any suggestions?
Please reconfirm the color of the LED indicator: is it flashing red or orange? Different colors indicate different device statuses. For reference, a solid red light indicates the Tapo C501GW is starting up.
Is the SIM card still in the camera? How did you reset the camera? What changes did you observe in the LED indicator during the reset process?
