Strange fault

i recently installed a p100 smar plug, all working fine, it's controllable through the tapo app and it's been seen in the Alexa app, where I CXN also control it.

however if I go to set up a routine and select smart device it's not showing in the list. I have tried enabling and disabling the skill in the Alexa app. Still won't be seen
