Hello,
I'm trying to setup my new C560WS camera to connect with my H200 hub. But the camera and the hub don't seem to be able too see each other, even though they are close to each other (<2 meters/7ft). I recently setup a new D230S1 door bell to the H200 hub without any trouble.
Any suggestions?

Tapo H200 does not yet support Tapo C560WS. You can refer to this list to confirm the supported models. Tapo Smart Hub Compatible Camera List

@Wayne-TP This was primised on the Tapo Roadmap to be implemented in November 2025; up to now, nothing happened. This is not serious. I bought this camera to integrate with Hub 200, which was supposed to be done. This is lying to customers.
