Nettoyage Tapis
Bonjour, mon robot RV 30 max neuf, interprète les zones Tapis comme des zones interdites, malgré le paramétrage "aspiration seule". Une solution possible ?

Did you attach the mop to the robot vacuum? When it cleans with the mop attached, it will automatically skip any carpet areas that are set for vacuum‑only cleaning.

@Wayne-TP Why include the option to define “carpet zones” if the vacuum cleaner is supposed to detect carpets automatically?
The problem occurs with my low-pile carpet: it is not recognised as a carpet.
What is the solution in this case?

Tapo RV30 Max Plus cannot recognize carpet automatically. If you have carpeted areas at home, you can mark them as carpet zones on the map and customize cleaning plans for these zones. This way, when the robot vacuum is fitted with a mop, it will avoid entering the carpet zones (when set to No Cleaning or Vacuum Only) to prevent them from getting wet or soiled.

Hello, Thank you for your quick response. However, I believe there may be a misunderstanding regarding my issue. I have created carpet zones in my home, which are correctly set for vacuuming only. Despite this, the robot consistently avoids them as if they were no-go zones.
Did you attach the mop when the cleaning started? When the mop is installed, the vacuum will avoid carpet areas that are set to Vacuum Only or No Cleaning.
