KS200M: Stuck on.
Repeat problem with KS200M: The switch leaves lights on and becomes unresponsive to the touch and through the app. You can hear a click but the lights do not turn off. HW: 1.0 FW: 1.0.12.
If the switch is removed and the side or rear is tapped it will begin working proper again for a period of time then the issue repeats. Shipping costs make the warranty return process excessive.
HAs anyone else experienced this and is there a known fix. Thanks.

Has your device been synced to any open-source platforms like Home Assistant or Home Bridge? Please note that Kasa does NOT support these platforms. Device performance cannot be guaranteed when managed through unofficial or unsupported methods.
If you have, disconnect the smart switch from those platforms, then monitor its performance.

No it has not. More like a HW issue since you can hear a click but lights do no go off. Tapping the rear or side - and it shuts the lights off and works for a while.

Not sure what is inside these but the tap is most effective rear and right side when facing the switch module.

This does seem like a hardware issue. You may contact the local support team to check the warranty. Contact Technical Support
