D230 doesn't ring on H500

Bought the H500 before Xmas. Paired the doorbell with the hub. Doorbell doesn't ring on the hub. The old hub worked fine - still chimes on the device itself and on mobile.

Did you add the hub as a doorbell chime? How to add another chime for the Tapo Doorbell
