Hi,

I recently purchased these devices to integrate a doorbell with the surveillance system, and also to create specific automations. After some research, my objective for when guests push the doorbell button was clear:

- Tablet (main smart home control device): receives a muted video call and rings until answered (or until an external automation shuts it down after 30 seconds);

- Chime (upstairs): rings for 20 seconds;

- H500 (downstairs), rings for 20 seconds. Is located near a surveillance monitor, being an alternative answering point if the tablet is unreachable;

- Smartphones: act only as backup (or for when I am away), receiving a notification that the doorbell was pressed.

Everything is set up, and individually these settings work fine. However, I am facing a synchronization issue:

- when I answer (or decline) the video call on the Tablet, the Hub and Chime keep ringing for the full 20 seconds;

- when I answer (or decline) the call through the Hub, the Chime keeps ringing, and the Tablet continues to receive the video call for the full 30 seconds.

Simply put, if I answer (or decline) on a specific device, the others keep ringing anyway until their time limit expires, which is very inconvenient.

So, I ask if it is possible to synchronize the ringing status across these devices, so that answering (or rejecting) a call on one device instantly stops the others. If this feature is not currently available, I would like to request it, as it is essential for a functional doorbell system.

Thanks.

As i understand, this feature does not have a design for multi-device scenario. We appreciate your feedback, it will be recorded and passed to our relevant team for evaluation.
