Model: Tapo P115
Hardware Version: V20
Firmware Version: 1.4.0

I upgraded to 1.4.0

Unfortunately my internet provider has an outage so no internet connection. The p115s that I upgraded are no longer accessible. All my p115 that are still running few 1.3.4 works perfectly even with no internet connection

Can you share more details? How does the smart bulb stop working? Is it showing offline in the app (local control)? What's the led status of the smart plug?

I found the error. When updating the FW I had to switch off and on Third-Party Services/Third-Party Compatibility for my plugs to run again with Home Assistant.

It was my bad luck the internet went down due to heavy snowfall right after I updated the FW. Because of this I could not use the plugs until internet came back.

This is totally not acceptable!

Look in threads over the internet where your FW upgrades has made the plugs unusable!!!!!!
