Reconnecting with a new modem/network
Good afternoon
After installing a new modem and network my device couldn't connect to the network anymore. He did'nt find it and the app couldn't find him.
I removed it from the app and tried several things (like pressing home and spot for 10 seconds) to reset de robot. Nothing seems to work. Is there a sollution to reset the robot to manufactuary?

The robot vacuum cannot be reset if the child lock is enabled. Please check if that's your case. To turn on or off the child lock, press and hold the Spot Cleaning button for 5 seconds.
Did you notice any LED changes while trying to reset the robot vacuum?
Once the robot vacuum has been reset successfully, press the home and spot cleaning buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds, then release. When all the buttons start blinking white, the vacuum enters setup mode. If you still fail to set up the device, check the suggestions here. Failed to Setup My Robot Vacuum
