Connect your phone to the same Wi‑Fi network as the light bulbs, disable cellular data, then close and reopen the app. While on the local network, check whether the bulbs appear in the app. If they show up locally but disappear when you try to control them remotely, such as over cellular data, this likely indicates a remote‑control connectivity issue.
