Doorbell D205 is not awakening an iPhone after a while
Hello, after a while the doorbell is not awakening my iPhone anymore so it is totally useless. It is like the app go to sleep mode and the doorbell cannot wake it up so I do not know if somebody is ringing on me.

Please ensure the relevant permissions are enabled for the Tapo app on your iPhone. Additionally, please note that if your phone is in a focus mode, such as Do Not Disturb, it will affect the timely delivery and visibility of app notifications.

Can you share more details of your case? For example, which notification type did you set for the doorbell, push notification or ring call? Can't you receive doorbell notifications once the phone locks? Do the notifications stop straight away when you lock your phone, or only later on? If later, about how long does it usually take? And do they eventually pop up after you unlock it?
Please share the model and OS version of your iPhone. If you have access to another iOS device, please also check whether the issue occurs there.
