I have an area outside of the house where 2 Tapo C320WS cameras can only connect to the H200 hub wifi signal and not the house router/access point signal. I wish to install a Tapo L530B bulb in this same area. 

 

If I were to complete the initial setup in a location close to the main router (if required to be done this way) but then relocate the bulb to the outside area, would the bulb connect to the hub and switch on/off change color as scheduled or as triggered by a Tapo smart button?

The hub connection feature is not applicable to Tapo smart bulbs. The smart bulbs can only connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi signal.
