Is your radio an IR appliance? What's the model?
As of the latest details on the official website, radio devices are not listed as a supported product type for the Tapo H110 hub. FAQs on Tapo Smart IR & IoT Hub (Tapo H110, Tapo H110C, TH11)

Whether a product category or brand is selectable in the app does not determine whether the hub can pair with and control a specific IR appliance, even if listed, some models may not pair quickly or reliably through Smart Match. That's why we also offer a Custom Learning feature.
The database will be updated regularly, with support for more devices being added over time.
