Unable to select the light led strip. The lights aren't turning on, we are using our mobile data as our internet doesn't turn on till few days time but the app shows they were online still, just not lighting up. Please can someone help?
Has your Tapo light strip successfully reconnected to the hotspot? Are you using the Tapo app on the same phone that provides the hotspot, or on a different device?
Which Tapo light strip do you have? What's its hardware and firmware version?
