technical information about some devices
I have two questions:
- the sensor T100 has a detection range of 120 degrees horizontally and how many degrees vertically?
- I created a shortcut to disable notifications on the T100, but it doesn't work, just like the Geofencing detection that enable or disable notifications when I'm away from home or at home: some suggestion?
The same with tapo c210: geofencing doesn't work and as for all the devices, none of them work with google home.

Tapo T100's detection range is also 120 degrees vertically.
Regarding the geofencing automation, here are some suggestions if it isn't running properly.
1. Ensure the location permission is allowed for the Tapo app in your phone's system settings, and set to "Always Allow".
2. Check whether the geofencing feature is enabled in the Tapo app: Tapo app Me page > Geofencing.
3. To ensure the automation runs on your phone, please check the automation rule and confirm that “This Phone/Tablet” is enabled in the When section.
If you have multiple mobile devices and want the automation to trigger on all of them, log into the Tapo app on each device using the same account, edit the same geofencing automation, and enable “This Phone/Tablet” on each device. For better management, it is recommended to duplicate the rule and rename it for each mobile device.
4. Enter the map of the "Choose Location" page, and correct the map coordinates and the Effective Radius.
5. Ensure your actual location is precise on the map. How to turn on Precise Location for the Tapo App
If the above suggestions don't help, feel free to contact TP-Link technical support for further assistance.
