I have the doorbell D210 and i regret for this purchase every day.

After months of  many tries and different set ups i never  get the call feature work correct.

some times i get a call  but the most times i get a simple notification that someone ring the bell.

So i give up with this and i accept that it will work only with a simple notification

Now i have problem with rich notifications.

i start the free trial and i enable the rich notification but i dont get any screenshot but just a simple notification.

i have already enable motion and person detection , and in notification settings i enable the person activity type.

Is something else that i have to set up for rich notifications to work?

  @adok13 i think that rich notification on D210 dont work on motion detection , but only with person, vehicle and pet.

About the ringcall issue, you can find some suggestions here. What can I do if I cannot receive my doorbell ringcall notifications? If it doesn't help, contact TP-Link technical support for further assistance.

 

Motion detection doesn't trigger rich notification. You can try to trigger person detection, check whether you can receive a rich notification.
