I have this vacuum and recently having this problem:

1. Always notification saying 'the vacuum is trapped, please place it on the ground and resume the cleaning'

2. The robot lost its way back to the dock station.

 

I have restarted, reset and reset up, cleaning

Still the same.

 

Any idea what else could I do?

Or any nearest (Subang Jaya) service support location. I could bring for service.
