Is the satellite Deco connected via a network switch or a direct Ethernet cable?

I think it is probably affected by other wired connections in the network. It helps if you can test the time when the two Deco units are connected directly via an Ethernet cable.

Many feedback mentioned the issue started after the firmware update, while the issue didn't stop after downgrading the issue.

The issue likely preexisted here, and the post-firmware-upgrade reboot/reset happens to be the last straw.

You can never be too careful when seeking more details. Bur pardon me if you're already testing a direct cable connection.

  @David-TP No i have'nt faced this issue after downgrade to previous firmware but there was another issue related to Satellite Deco Units Showing Offline that's why im not going to downgrade.
