Suggestion - When setting up off peak, mid peak, peak times of the day in the power schedule for days and weekends, can these be half hourly rather than hourly please. This will align better with UK electricity tariffs and provide more accurate consumption rates.
Thank you.

Could you share how electricity is billed in your area or by your utility company? Providing specific billing details here can help us better assess the relevance and priority of related feature requests.

Hi,

Quite typically here in the UK we have energy companies offering cheap electricity overnight for the purposes of charging EVs and solar batteries.

You tend to get around 6 hours during this time where energy that normally costs £0.28 kWh actually costs £0.07 kwh. A stark difference when consuming in the volumes required to charge a car.

All electrical devices in the home operating during this time are charged at the cheap rate too.

My tariff from a major supplier in the UK starts this cheap rate at 23:30 and ends it at 05:30 daily.

For my P110 plug within the Tapo app I can select the scheduled on and off times to match the tariff times above but when it comes to showing the energy usage and monthly bill, in the section - 'Set Time-of-use' where off peak, mid peak, and peak usage times can be set, there is only the option to set by full hour and not half hourly.

Energy providers may in future choose a schedule that starts at 11:45 for example so the time of use billing section for periodic billing needs to accommodate by-the-minute input rather than hourly blocks.

Hopefully I've explained that clearly but if you need clarity please let me know
