Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Hello ,

i will add an S112 switch to connect my door lock in one of its outputs.

I suggest to add a button for a smart action in the doorbell menu so to be able to add the s112 output or any smart action we want with the smart switch.

Please note that Tapo D210 and the existing Tapo smart door locks are battery-powered, they don't support hard wiring. How do you plan to make the connection?

  @Wayne-TP

hello,

i will connect from my existing internal doorbell the  open door wires in one output of the smart S110 switch so i will open the door from the tapo app.

i think it would be very usefull to be able to add this button in the doorbell menu.

That means your door lock can be controlled by the existing doorbell, correct? This is new in our community. Let me help you move this post to the feature request block. Users who have the same needs can vote for your post and leave comments.

Our product team will review the feature requests regularly, hot topics with detailed background information (e.g., use scenarios, reasons why you want or don't want a particular feature, etc) will be prioritized for evaluation.
