The app shows RV50 offline

Model: Tapo RV50 Pro Omni

My RV50 shows as being offline in the app. The base station shows a white light and Robo vac Home button is lit up green.

I have tried reseting the connection and although all 3 lights on the Robo Vac are flashing white it will not connect to my phone via Bluetooth.

If I press the centre button on the Robo Vac it will start cleaning.

I have also rebooted the router and turn the power off to the base station for 10 seconds before turning it back on.

Please help

Before the configuration, make sure your Tapo app is updated. You can delete and reinstall the app.
Factory reset the vacuum: press and hold the combo buttons for 10 seconds. How to reset Tapo Robot Vacuum
Turn off Bluetooth on your phone and restart it.
Make sure your phone is near the robot vacuum during the configuration process.
Try to use another phone or tablet to configure the device.
